+ RETURN POLICY
frogfuzz gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days or receiving your merchandise. All goods must be in new, sellable condition with original packaging. Please contact us via e-mail first if you wish to return your item.
+ Order Processing Times
We will send out your order within 3 business days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
+ Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping is from Japan.
With standard shipping methods, it usually takes about 2 weeks until arrival. (Estimated delivery time differs depending on where you live.) However, international shipping can be delayed especially during holiday seasons.
+ About Customs Duties and Other Taxes
We ship all orders on a “DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)” basis.
Therefore, all fees—including customs duties, import consumption tax, and customs clearance fees—incurred when the merchandise is shipped from Japan and arrives in your country (the destination country) are the sole responsibility of the recipient (you).

frogfuzz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If a parcel is lost , please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our courier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the courier.
